eligible to participate. By joining you agree to abide by these rules and
details and to receive emails containing the numbers for the powerball
jackpot (This will be sent prior to the drawing). These emails will also
contain information about the pcment eBay store and website (PCM
Enterprises.com). You can unsubscribe at anytime. 2. Member will share in a jackpot winning ticket equally with all other qualified members less any required taxation or fees. Only the winning jackpot ticket will be shared. The ticket must contain all 5 winning numbers plus the winning powerball number. Any other prize other than the jackpot prize will not be shared. Those winnings will be used to support this site. 3. Member must be eligible to receive a winning share in accordance with member's law's and statutes of their residence and country. Any taxation (other than what was previously deducted) on such shared winning is the responsibility of each member. 4. Members will be notified by email at the address on record of any winning ticket. PCM Enterprises.com will hire an outside agency to verify eligibilty of any winning ticket and shared jackpot. The cost of this verification will be deducted from any winnings prior to it being shared. PCM Enterprises.com will never ask you to contribute any money toward the collection of any shared jackpot. 7. Any legal fees are other costs will be deducted from the jackpot winnings before it is shared. 8. These rules and details may be changed at anytime without notice to the member.
