The concept of this free membership is very simple. Anyone (there is an age requirement as stated in the rules) can join (even internationals) for free. The sponsor of this program (Professor Patrick Moriarty) will purchase Missouri Power Ball Tickets in accordance with the rules. Members will share in a Winning Jackpot Ticket (if we have one) only. All non-jackpot winning tickets will be used to purchase future tickets and help to offset the cost of this site. Again, there is never a cost to any member; it's FREE. In return for the membership you agree to receive no more than two newsletters each week (there are a few exceptions). In the newsletter you will receive the ticket numbers for the current powerball drawing along with other information and a few bonus offers (now and then). The newsletter is usually very brief.
